About the Role

G.O.A.T. Foods is a rapidly expanding e-commerce company seeking an imaginative, fast-paced Social Media Manager to lead brand growth across digital platforms. In this position, you will shape organic social strategy, produce content, manage communities, execute TikTok initiatives, oversee live shopping, and support affiliate and influencer programs across the G.O.A.T. Foods brand portfolio.

This is not simply a posting job. The role centers on making the brand story visible and engaging by showcasing the company’s products, people, operations, and passion in a way that feels genuine and community-driven. The ideal candidate enjoys building audiences, developing modern content ideas, and connecting with consumers in an authentic voice.

Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out social media strategies that support brand goals, campaign plans, and broader business priorities.
  • Turn campaign objectives into social-first storytelling and content execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams so that social media is built into planning and delivery from the start.
  • Stay on top of trends, formats, and culture to create timely and relevant posts and activations.
  • Convert business objectives into practical social media plans and action items.
  • Build and manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily content tailored to each platform.
  • Define and maintain the voice, tone, and positioning for each brand’s social presence.
  • Showcase the company’s story in an authentic way, including its origin, product development, people, operations, and culture.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments from warehouses, production, team activity, sourcing, and day-to-day business work.
  • Identify human stories inside the operation and turn them into content that builds trust and brand connection.
  • Balance storytelling content with performance-driven and partner-supported content.
  • Write captions, hooks, on-screen copy, and creative briefs suited to each platform.
  • Own TikTok strategy and execution, building a presence that is culturally relevant and designed to perform.
  • Spot trends, sounds, creator behaviors, and cultural moments worth responding to across different audiences.
  • Move quickly from idea to execution, including turning concepts around in real time when needed.
  • Develop recurring content series and growth strategies that expand audience reach while staying on brand.
  • Review TikTok results and use the insights to improve creative direction and audience growth.
  • Experiment with new formats, narrative styles, and series ideas to identify repeatable winners.
  • Travel to major events and brand activations to capture live content when needed.
  • Manage community engagement across all platforms on a daily basis.
  • Interact proactively with users to strengthen relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Find opportunities for the brand to participate in conversations in a natural, authentic way.
  • Create scalable methods to improve responsiveness and engagement.
  • Run the live shopping program across TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, and other emerging channels.
  • Plan, produce, and host live shopping sessions that highlight products in an engaging and conversion-focused manner.
  • Build a repeatable live shopping schedule with themes, featured products, and promotional tactics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams so live events align with launches, campaigns, and sales goals.
  • Measure live shopping performance and refine format, cadence, and delivery to improve outcomes.
  • Work with marketing leadership to shape an effective and profitable influencer and affiliate strategy.
  • Build and maintain a creator network that supports sales and content generation.
  • Ensure creator-produced content follows brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Partner with creator and influencer teams to extend campaign reach through social media.
  • Monitor organic and paid social performance and translate the data into actions.
  • Use insights to adjust content, optimize posting cadence, and improve results.
  • Prepare reporting and performance recaps for internal stakeholders.
  • Support growth targets for organic social channels and influencer/affiliate programs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or social strategy.
  • Demonstrated success creating or managing social content that performs well, especially on TikTok.
  • A strong sense of what feels native to each platform versus overly produced or overly branded.
  • Solid understanding of TikTok storytelling, hooks, pacing, editing style, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to use social media management tools and produce organic content effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn performance data into strategy.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several projects at once.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Comfort using AI platforms; video editing or content capture experience is a plus.
  • Experience appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent is a plus.

Schedule & Location

The role is based in West Palm Beach, FL and follows a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week.
