Role Overview
SAME Los Angeles is hiring a Social Media Manager to shape and run the brand’s presence across digital channels. This is a full-time, in-person position in Santa Monica, California, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for luxury fashion, a feel for contemporary social culture, and the ability to turn brand moments into polished, engaging content. The role combines content planning, platform growth, community interaction, influencer coordination, and daily execution across the brand’s social media ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the brand’s daily activity on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other developing platforms.
- Build and maintain content calendars tied to launches, campaigns, retail events, and seasonal moments.
- Produce, curate, and oversee social content that stays aligned with the brand’s visual identity and tone.
- Attend shoots, fittings, store events, launches, and activations to capture live and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write polished, brand-consistent captions and social copy for multiple channels.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams on campaign planning and rollout.
- Respond to community messages and customer interactions in a timely, appropriate, and brand-safe way.
- Review performance data, engagement metrics, and platform insights to refine strategy and support growth.
- Keep up with social trends, creator activity, and platform changes while protecting the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Help coordinate influencer collaborations, gifting, creator partnerships, and social campaigns with PR and marketing teams.
- Support creative needs for paid social advertising efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5+ years of social media management experience for a fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong grasp of social strategy, content creation, and current platform trends.
- Refined visual judgment and an understanding of luxury fashion branding.
- Hands-on experience with shooting and editing content for social media.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle several timelines at once.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and during live shoots or events.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
- Genuine interest in fashion, luxury, culture, and digital storytelling.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Monica, California. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
