Role Overview
This full-time Social Media Manager position is based in Nagpur and offers a hybrid setup with the option to work partly from home. The role centers on developing, producing, and publishing content that connects with audiences while maintaining a consistent brand tone and visual style.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and maintaining social media content schedules, keeping an eye on channel activity, engaging with followers, and improving post performance for better reach and interaction. The position also requires close coordination with marketing, design, and content teams to support broader campaigns, along with performance tracking and the preparation of regular reports containing insights and action points. Staying up to date with platform changes, social trends, and competitor activity will be essential for shaping strategy and improving results over time.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of social media marketing and optimization, along with the ability to create content strategies and write brand-consistent copy for different platforms. Strong communication skills are important for working with internal teams, presenting ideas, and engaging online communities. Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms will be an advantage. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Express and knowledge of visual best practices for social media are also preferred. You should be comfortable working with data, interpreting results, and adapting plans based on performance. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential.
