Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level social media professional who can shape strategy, build audience engagement, and strengthen the brand’s online presence. The position calls for someone who can combine creativity with commercial thinking to deliver content, community growth, and measurable outcomes across major social platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute social media plans that support marketing, brand, and business goals.
  • Develop the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and newer channels.
  • Prepare, schedule, and publish content in formats such as posts, videos, reels, stories, and campaign assets.
  • Watch platform changes, trends, and audience behavior to improve content results.
  • Handle community interactions by replying to comments, direct messages, reviews, and customer questions.
  • Work with designers, writers, marketers, and outside partners to produce strong content.
  • Measure performance, review engagement, and share reports on campaign outcomes and key metrics.
  • Build and manage influencer collaborations, ambassador initiatives, and brand partnership efforts.
  • Support paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and budget planning.
  • Keep messaging and visuals consistent across all social channels and digital touchpoints.
  • Look for ways to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
  • Stay current on new tools, platform features, and social media best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar area.
  • Solid understanding of major social networks, platform algorithms, and audience engagement methods.
  • Strong ability to write, tell stories, create content, and communicate clearly.
  • Experience with social media scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar software.
  • Prior exposure to paid social advertising and campaign optimization would be beneficial.
  • Basic capability in graphic design and video editing using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or comparable applications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with using data to guide decisions.
  • Good project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines at the same time.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
