Overview

Digital Rx is a boutique digital consulting firm that creates strategic digital marketing programs for organizations across many industries, including national B2B manufacturers, local service businesses, and mission-driven institutions. The agency is focused on improving ROI and strengthening clients’ digital presence through customized marketing plans. The culture is collaborative, inventive, data-informed, and oriented toward measurable outcomes.

Role Summary

This role sits on the Business Solutions team and is responsible for developing and executing social media strategy for a diverse client portfolio. You will support B2B manufacturers with LinkedIn-led thought leadership and educational content, local businesses with community and project-focused posts, and institutions with audience-relevant messaging. The position is fully remote, but applicants must physically live in the United States.

Core Duties

  • Plan and maintain platform-specific content calendars for multiple client types, aligning each calendar to the client’s goals, audience, business model, and seasonal needs.
  • Create branded graphics and short-form video content independently using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, taking ownership of a substantial portion of the creative workload.
  • Handle daily publishing, scheduling, and post management in Buffer, with an emphasis on LinkedIn for B2B accounts and Meta/Google-focused activity for local service clients.
  • Prepare posts that meet strong engagement standards by researching relevant hashtags, using website deep links where appropriate, and writing concise copy designed for mobile users.
  • Develop and manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget oversight, and ongoing optimization to support campaign goals.
  • Track performance and produce reporting that covers reach, engagement, and conversions, then turn results into practical recommendations for the next round of activity.
  • Write and edit copy that matches each client’s tone and audience, from technical B2B thought leadership to promotions for local services.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions for clients that include community management in their plans, while protecting brand voice and routing questions appropriately.
  • Partner with account managers, designers, and leadership to coordinate work in Basecamp, incorporate promotions and campaigns, and repurpose blogs, SEO content, and related assets for social channels when useful.

Additional Information

Only candidates who physically reside in the United States will be considered. Digital Rx hires across the country, but this requirement is strict and non-negotiable.

The ideal post should sound human, relevant, and genuinely engaging; generic or obviously AI-generated copy is not the standard sought for this role.

This position is best suited to someone comfortable working independently in a remote setting while balancing multiple client priorities.

Compensation

Pay is set at $40 to $52 per hour, depending on experience.
