About the role
GROWIN GROUP is expanding its team in Tirana and is looking to hire 2 experienced Social Media Managers. This role is for someone who treats social media as a growth channel for brands, customer acquisition, and effective strategy building.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create and execute monthly marketing strategies.
- Develop content plans and editorial calendars.
- Review page performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.
- Work closely with the Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Meta Ads Specialist teams.
- Communicate with clients and ensure their goals are followed through.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Social Media Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to build marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
