About the brand
Tilly Sveaas, established in 2016, is a founder-led jewellery label that has grown quickly and operates with a compact, energetic team. The business has ambitious growth plans and is looking for someone to strengthen its organic social presence and influencer marketing.
Role overview
The Social Media & Influencer Manager will play a central role in building awareness, engagement, and sales through elevated social content and well-chosen creator partnerships. Reporting to the CMO, this person will collaborate with teams across creative, PR, ecommerce, and paid media to keep the brand’s social and influencer activity aligned and effective.
Influencer marketing
- Take ownership of all influencer activity from start to finish, including campaigns, affiliate initiatives, gifting, and paid partnerships.
- Run the ShopMy platform day to day, covering creator onboarding, campaign administration, and tracking results.
- Find creators whose style and values fit the brand, and develop long-term relationships with them.
- Handle partnership negotiations, oversee budgets, and work to achieve strong return on investment.
- Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Organic social media
- Manage and grow the brand’s organic social channels, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and execute content plans that support campaigns, product launches, and important trading periods.
- Commission and brief content that captures the brand’s refined but relaxed aesthetic.
- Track results, share updates, and adjust strategy to improve engagement and audience growth.
Creative and content collaboration
- Partner with the Founder and Head of Creative to shape social content that feels engaging and native to each platform.
- Adapt wider brand campaigns into social-first stories that connect with the audience.
- Keep an eye on trends and cultural moments so the brand stays current and distinctive.
PR and talent support
- Assist the PR agency with talent gifting, creator partnerships, and brand events.
- Help organise influencer participation in key activations and make sure content opportunities are fully used.
Ecommerce and user-generated content
- Work with the E-commerce Manager to grow the amount and quality of UGC for use on the website.
- Encourage styling-led content that builds trust and helps customers visualise the product.
- Use creator and community content to support conversion rate optimisation.
Paid social support
- Coordinate with the digital agency to whitelist and expand influencer content through paid social.
- Spot organic content that deserves amplification because of strong performance.
- Contribute to a test-and-learn approach for creator-led performance marketing.
Requirements
- At least 3–5+ years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing, ideally in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with a sharp sense for content, styling, and visual storytelling.
- A solid record of running influencer campaigns end to end.
- ShopMy experience is an advantage, along with familiarity with international markets, especially the US.
- A commercial mindset and an understanding that social and influencer activity can both drive conversions and strengthen brand awareness.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to guide decisions.
