Role Overview

As the Social Media & Event Manager, you will lead the digital branding efforts and orchestrate significant events aimed at uniting our creator community. You will craft and implement imaginative campaigns to elevate TXT.com's brand presence and strengthen connections among creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee social media channels by strategizing, producing, and publishing captivating content to expand and energize the community.
• Develop content campaigns that emphasize TXT.com's benefits for creators and boost brand recognition.
• Engage actively with the audience by responding to comments and nurturing meaningful interactions with creators and fans.
• Plan and execute both online and in-person events, including meetups and workshops, that link creators with industry experts.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and creator success teams to ensure alignment of content and event strategies.
• Monitor and analyze social media and event performance metrics to refine future plans.
• Stay informed about evolving social media trends, event standards, and industry news to keep TXT.com competitive.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in social media management, event coordination, or community development.
• Creative storytelling abilities coupled with enthusiasm for social media trends.
• Proficiency with content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills with capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical approach with experience in evaluating social media and event results.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Fluency in German is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
