About the Position

Zaafran Dry Fruit Mart is seeking a dynamic and socially adept individual to manage our Instagram and Facebook platforms while directly assisting our customers. This role involves becoming the online voice of our brand by producing captivating reels, providing voiceovers, and facilitating ordering processes through calls and WhatsApp.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, shoot, and edit short, captivating video reels showcasing our dry fruit products.
• Deliver clear, engaging voiceovers that complement video content effectively.
• Plan and create content ideas including product highlights and health or lifestyle tips related to dry fruits.
• Monitor and analyze video views and performance statistics.
• Respond promptly to customer phone calls and WhatsApp messages regarding inquiries and orders.
• Provide polite, informative answers about pricing, stock availability, delivery options, and product specifics.
• Maintain basic records of customer interactions to ensure efficient follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements and Skills

• Age between 18 and 25 years.
• Strong voiceover capabilities featuring clear articulation and engaging tone.
• Basic video editing proficiency using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or Instagram's in-app editors.
• Good command of the primary language used for communication, with strong conversational abilities.
• Comfortable navigating Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and mobile devices.
• Energetic, creative, and motivated to learn and grow.

Compensation and Incentives

• Fixed base salary of ₹15,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 awarded based on content reach, with additional bonuses for viral hits.
• Total earning potential between ₹30,000 and ₹35,000 monthly.
