Job description
Role overview
Easygo is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to help expand its regional social presence across APAC. This is a hands-on role for someone who follows social trends closely, enjoys moving quickly, and is excited to take ownership of content that feels native to each platform.
You will work with major channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and X, turning ideas into live content, reacting to trends in real time, and supporting campaigns from planning through execution. The role sits within a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you will have a genuine chance to make an impact.
This is a full-time position based in Easygo’s Melbourne office, with in-person collaboration at the centre of how the team works. Salary for the role is AUD 70,000 to 80,000 per year.
About Easygo
Easygo is a rapidly growing technology company with a large global audience. The business builds products and experiences behind brands such as Stake, KICK, and Easygo Games, and its team is directly employed by Easygo. The company values speed, curiosity, humility, and the ability to create meaningful impact.
What you will do
You will report to the Social Media Manager and support the day-to-day delivery of social content across APAC. The role requires balancing multiple markets, staying alert to trends, and keeping content aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
- Develop and present platform-specific, trend-aware content designed to attract attention and increase engagement.
- Assist with content calendars, scheduling, and timely posting to support campaign objectives.
- Work with the Social Media Manager and content creators on creative briefs for planned and reactive content.
- Keep track of social channels for brand mentions, audience comments, and engagement opportunities.
- Reply to followers and help build an active, positive online community.
- Measure and share performance results such as reach, engagement, and audience growth to guide future decisions.
- Stay current with social trends and platform changes so content remains fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content matches wider marketing efforts and brand standards.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about social media. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and able to adapt quickly as trends and priorities change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media management tools.
- Interest in learning new trends, tactics, and best practices in social media.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organisational ability.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Previous experience in social media planning, scheduling, or management is an advantage.
Benefits and perks
- Hands-on learning in a fast-moving environment with plenty of room to grow.
- Clear progression opportunities, with many team members stepping up into new roles each year.
- Competitive market-aligned pay plus a performance-based bonus of up to 20%.
- Referral bonuses for helping bring great people into the team.
- 18 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers.
- A supported return-to-work transition for parents, including 12 weeks of transition support and fully paid Fridays off during the first three months back.
- Employee Assistance Program access.
- Wednesday massages.
- Free coffee, fresh juices, and smoothies from in-house baristas.
- Daily catered breakfast and regular company-wide events.
- Snack walls and drink fridges on every floor.
- Modern office spaces with pool tables, table tennis, gaming consoles, and an F1 simulator.
