Role Overview

We are recruiting a Social Media & Content Executive passionate about content creation, with a flair for design and storytelling, and an affinity for engaging with people. Experience length matters less than a spirit of curiosity, innovation, self-starter attitude, and eagerness to develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Create design assets through Canva, with Adobe InDesign knowledge as an asset.
• Edit engaging video content such as reels and highlight clips for social media.
• Compose brand-compliant copy aligning with Leaders.inc’s unique voice.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools for ideation and to optimize workflows, while contributing personal creative input.
• Attend approximately monthly events to capture video content and interact with attendees, including members, chairs, and speakers.
• Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent social media output.
• Collaborate with team members to translate upcoming initiatives into compelling content.
• Contribute to shaping the future voice and presence of Leaders.inc on social media as the company expands.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in content creation using Canva.
• Capability to edit simple video footage using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Riverside.
• Strong copywriting skills with adherence to brand standards.
• Creative mindset with original content ideas beyond reliance on AI.
• Comfort working with AI technologies to aid brainstorming and content production.
• Confidence and sociability when engaging people and capturing content at live events.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to content planning and scheduling.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and advance.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Background in event filming or interview recording.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Previous work in social media, content creation, or marketing roles.

Additional Information

Work Location: Remote with team members mainly in South West Greater London and Chester areas; occasional in-person team events monthly.

Employment Type: We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates, based on experience.

Salary Range: £25,000 to £30,000 annually, dependent on experience and working hours.
