About the Role
Broadwise Solutions is seeking a dedicated Social Media & Content Executive to become a key member of our growing creative and digital agency based in Yeadon, Leeds. This permanent, full-time role involves hands-on creation and management of social media content for multiple clients across beauty, skincare, consumer products, B2B, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. You will be actively involved in planning, filming, editing, designing, writing, and publishing engaging content, alongside contributing to broader digital marketing and agency promotion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars and plans for various brands
- Create and film short-form videos such as product demos, behind-the-scenes footage, and social media reels
- Perform on-camera appearances when necessary
- Edit videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Design social media graphics and carousels to accompany posts
- Write clear, effective captions and marketing copy
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Manage community engagement including comments and messages
- Coordinate product gifting, creator collaborations, and user-generated content
- Assist with content shoots, client visits, and occasional event attendance
- Monitor social media performance to suggest improvements
- Update website and ecommerce content as required
- Support email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives
- Contribute to Broadwise's own marketing and content output
- Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and ownership
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in content creation and digital marketing, possibly working within agencies, in-house teams, or as a freelancer. Confidence in self-filming and on-camera presentation, along with video editing skills, is essential. You should be proficient in designing social media graphics and comfortable with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Strong writing skills, excellent organization for managing multiple deadlines, and a proactive attitude are required. Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, and email marketing systems is advantageous. A UK driving licence and travel ability are desirable but not mandatory.
Working Details
The position is based primarily onsite at our Yeadon office, with some travel to client locations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 35-hour workweek and a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Occasional early or late work may be necessary for client shoots or events, with notice given in advance. Some flexibility for remote work may be considered after the probation period.
