About the Role

Social Trinity is a specialist digital agency with a social-first focus, headquartered in Manchester. The team is looking for a Social Media Assistant to support a growing roster of clients and contribute to social and content delivery.

Role Overview

In this position, you will help manage social platforms, assist the social media team in executing client strategies, and support content-led initiatives. Training will be provided in the core principles of social media, along with exposure to campaign creation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out research on clients to support campaign and content work.
  • Draft content briefs for internal or client use.
  • Prepare client-facing reporting updates.
  • Write captions and organise scheduled publishing across social channels.
  • Source user-generated content when needed.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager with social media-related tasks.

Required Background

  • Strong communication and public relations ability.
  • Genuine interest in social media marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Confident written and spoken communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisation and time-management habits.
  • Awareness of current social media platforms and trends.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to approach tasks in original ways.
