About the Company

10Beauty is a Burlington, Massachusetts robotics startup working to create the world’s first fully autonomous manicure machine. Backed by $70M from prominent venture and celebrity investors, the company has already secured pre-orders for its first 1,000 machines from well-known U.S. retailers such as Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom. By November 2025, its first robot was launched at Ulta Beauty in Everett. The team has grown into a 50+ person organization with strong robotics expertise and a mission to make beauty robotics a recognized category.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who wants to help shape a bold, aspirational social presence from the very beginning. The position is best suited to a hands-on creator who enjoys moving quickly, building brand voice from scratch, and influencing trends rather than simply managing a posting calendar.

What You Will Do

• Spend several days each week at 10Beauty HQ and at live locations to capture authentic content, then film and edit material in real time.
• Generate fresh ideas and produce content aligned with the company’s main content pillars.
• Track audience engagement, evaluate performance, and turn the findings into stronger future content plans.
• Convert what works in practice into repeatable formats that strengthen a consistent and distinctive brand presence across channels.
• Oversee publishing, scheduling, and community interaction on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Work closely with the Brand Director, Co-Founder, and Customer & Product Marketing teams during bi-weekly planning sessions to keep the social plan aligned with key themes.
• Assist with content capture for launches, shoots, events, and other important brand moments.
• Help increase organic reach and inbound interest through steady execution, clear messaging, and a strong point of view.
• Contribute to both paid and organic social creative.

What You Bring

• At least 1–3 years of experience in social media, content production, or creator support, ideally within beauty, wellness, fashion, culture, or consumer-facing brands.
• Strong command of TikTok and Instagram, including trends, content formats, and platform behavior.
• Comfort and confidence filming people in active, real-world settings at pace.
• Ability to edit quickly and cleanly using tools such as CapCut, built-in platform editors, Premiere, or similar software.
• Experience using an integrated technology stack, including AI tools, to create, manage, and measure social content.
• Genuine interest in technology, beauty, fashion, or wellness.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for sharing 10Beauty’s product, team, and culture with a wider audience.

Compensation and Benefits

The company evaluates compensation based on qualifications, skills, and experience. The stated annual salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 USD. Full-time employees also receive equity and benefits.
