Job Overview

We are actively recruiting a data-focused Social Media Analyst, suitable for a junior to mid-level professional, to become an integral part of our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will possess 2-3 years of dedicated experience in social media analytics, preferably gained within a marketing, consulting, or digital agency setting. A key strength will be the ability to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights and compelling client-ready reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and analyze social media discussions, brand mentions, sentiment trends, popular hashtags, and influencer activities across various markets and digital platforms.
  • Leverage advanced social listening tools such as Sprout Social, Meltwater, or Brandwatch to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop and compile comprehensive weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific analytical reports for social media performance.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all analytical outputs.
  • Effectively translate complex social listening data into practical recommendations and strategic insights for clients.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a closely related academic discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in social media listening, social media analytics, or digital insights generation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing social listening platforms at all operational levels.
  • A solid grasp of Boolean query construction, sentiment analysis techniques, and established social listening methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven capacity to excel and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with multiple concurrent projects.
