About the Role
Corlann is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers in Miltown Malbay, County Clare. As one of Ireland's top 150 employers, we are committed to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. This is a permanent, full-time position with a fortnightly work schedule of 78 hours.
Role of a Social Care Worker
Social Care Workers play a crucial role in supporting and advocating for individuals. Your primary focus will be on empowering individuals to enhance their independence, develop new skills, and achieve their personal goals. You will assist with daily living tasks, both in residential and day service settings. A key part of this role involves supporting the development and implementation of person-centered plans, helping individuals make informed choices, and realizing their full potential. You will also foster community participation through innovative approaches and encourage individuals to explore new experiences.
