Golden Goose blends heritage with fresh ideas to create distinctive, lasting pieces. This position is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience through co-creation, helping turn GG products into personalized items that reflect each client’s style and identity.

Role mission

The Sneaker Maker will provide a highly personal, empathetic co-creation journey in store. Beyond custom sneaker work, the role is about building meaningful client relationships and strengthening the connection between customers and the brand.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to customize Golden Goose products using a range of drawing and illustration methods.
• Lead customers through an engaging co-creation experience while consistently reflecting the brand’s story and values.
• Contribute to sales targets by supporting cross-selling and up-selling activities.
• Handle pre-sale and post-sale support, including inventory-related tasks and customer loyalty activities.
• Make sure customer details are entered correctly into the Golden App to support segmentation and profiling.
• Keep the co-creation space in excellent condition and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Support store operations such as opening and closing routines, inventory processes, GDPR compliance, and health and safety practices.
• Use digital and IT tools effectively, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth, to improve business operations and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred and considered a plus.
• Good problem-solving ability and effective time management.
• Hands-on artistic ability, including drawing skills and familiarity with markers, watercolors, acrylic paint, light embroidery, and basic sewing.
• Empathetic mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and customer needs.
• Minimum education level of high school; a background in design is preferred.
