Job Overview
Allto Construction Services Ltd seeks experienced Skilled Labour to bolster its expanding workforce. This part-time role is based in Windsor, Ontario, with operations typically within an hour of Orangeville, delivering year-round stable employment with supportive company benefits.
Work Schedule
The position schedules Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with employees returning home each night for dinner.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation at hourly rates reaching up to $45.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in excavation and site servicing, collaborating with foremen and superintendents to ensure smooth and efficient project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to confirm adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Apply hands-on problem-solving skills and troubleshooting in the field.
- Perform grade checks during construction utilizing laser and GPS technology.
- Prepare and organize necessary tools and materials for daily operations.
- Actively participate in Health and Safety meetings and training sessions.
- Read and interpret project plans and proficiently use Trimble GPS equipment.
- Maintain excellent communication and reporting abilities, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a safety-first attitude and the ability to work independently following direction.
- Must possess reliable transportation and a valid G driver’s license.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a skilled labourer specialized in excavation and site servicing.
