Site Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Site Supervisor for interior fit-out projects, you will oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring all work aligns with the approved plans and quality criteria. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple trades and managing resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety and site discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily interior fit-out tasks at construction sites.
• Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and workforce teams.
• Verify that construction activities adhere strictly to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Track project milestones to guarantee timely completion.
• Supervise site manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.
• Coordinate various construction disciplines including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finish work.
• Document and report daily site progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and maintain orderly site operations.
• Quickly identify and resolve any issues arising during site execution.
• Manage scheduling of materials delivery and keep accurate inventory logs.

Additional Information

Salary Range: 12000 to 35000 INR per month
