Job Overview
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities to guarantee that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to design plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and manage the workforce present on site.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with construction drawings and maintains the required quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines closely and provide regular updates on progress.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to site safety regulations.
Position Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Between zero to three years of practical experience in site supervision.
- Basic knowledge and ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent coordination abilities complemented by strong problem-solving skills.
