Your Opportunity
An exciting opening is available for a practical, customer-focused Site Facilitator in Mount Gambier. This permanent full-time position sits within the Inventory Solutions team and plays a key part in delivering outstanding service and supporting the team’s continued success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver direct, in-person support to customers at their sites.
- Visit several customer locations to restock maintenance stores.
- Keep regular communication with customers to help ensure service standards are achieved.
- Carry out stocktakes in line with company expectations.
- Follow all customer and company WHS requirements and procedures without exception.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in customer service or retail is preferred, with warehousing exposure considered an advantage.
- A strong personal commitment to workplace safety.
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to develop positive customer relationships.
- Comfort using computers and strong problem-solving ability in a busy environment.
- Willingness to consistently follow all customer and company WHS policies and processes.
- A current, valid driver’s licence.
