Site Engineer

Overview

The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, timely, within budget, and in line with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and contract terms.

Primary Duties

• Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities while tracking project progress.
• Verify that construction complies with approved plans, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee use of labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project timelines.
• Perform site inspections and address any technical challenges that arise.
• Compile site reports, Requests for Information (RFIs), and provide progress updates.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Assist with quantity surveying, inspections, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Between 4 to 6 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Proven experience managing building and construction projects, specifically involving hotels and high-rise structures.
