Role Overview
As a Site Engineer, you will be pivotal in executing XYZ Reality’s core construction services. Your duties will involve monitoring construction progress relative to BIM models, conducting on-site quality inspections, and communicating findings to clients via the XYZ platform. Candidates should possess hands-on construction experience while being capable of integrating XYZ’s technology and work processes rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device, The Atom, to monitor construction progress against BIM plans.
- Carry out on-site quality assurance inspections and document observations within the XYZ platform.
- Submit quality assurance issues to clients promptly on a daily basis.
- Guarantee adherence to prescribed workflows and maintain high standards of work quality.
- Ensure precise data capture and reporting compliance.
- Coordinate with fellow site engineers to achieve comprehensive project coverage.
- Assist the Lead Engineer in upholding operational and quality standards.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Proven experience working on construction sites.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
- Proficient with digital tools and software applications.
- Capable of operating independently in dynamic and fast-moving site environments.
- Basic proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Requirements
Applicants must have a clean criminal record and be prepared to undergo background verification and drug screening to comply with the security prerequisites of the projects. This is a full-time permanent position. Continued assignments will depend on project availability and the candidate’s willingness to travel or relocate as necessary.
