Role overview
Al Ghurair is hiring a Showroom Sales Manager for its new dealership in Sharjah. The role is focused on driving showroom sales, strengthening lead conversion, and supporting operational excellence while maintaining a customer-first and compliant retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Steer sales activity to meet the approved budget and revenue targets.
- Monitor lead flow and improve conversion performance across the sales funnel.
- Assist the Dealer Principal with budgeting and day-to-day sales operations.
- Ensure customer transactions are processed correctly through the dealer management system.
- Manage finance and insurance activities to help generate additional income.
- Run daily sales meetings to review performance, priorities, and progress.
- Address customer concerns and work toward timely, satisfactory resolutions.
- Keep the showroom presentation, display, and cleanliness standards in excellent condition.
- Represent the brand professionally while following all legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant holds a bachelor’s degree and brings at least 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years or more in operational management. Prior exposure to automotive sales is important, along with strong capability in sales execution, customer interaction, and finance-related processes.
