Job description

Role Overview

This position is for a highly organized Shopify administrator who can keep multiple stores running smoothly while supporting broader growth strategy. The person in this role will work closely with account managers and the development team to maintain store health, improve the shopping experience, and handle daily platform operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Shopify back end for several client stores, including products, collections, stock levels, pricing, and product variants.
  • Track site performance and quickly diagnose issues such as technical glitches, broken pages, or conflicts between apps.
  • Roll out promotions accurately and on time, including discount codes, seasonal offers, and other storefront updates.
  • Set up and manage campaigns and promotions inside Shopify, such as discounts, free items, pricing changes, and code-based offers.

Required Skills and Working Conditions

  • Excellent English communication skills at a senior or executive level.
  • Availability to work a full-time EST schedule.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior exposure to Shopify-connected tools such as subscription apps, review platforms, or loyalty solutions.
  • Experience supporting businesses with average yearly revenue of $500K or more is preferred.

Location

This role is based in Nigeria and is intended to be performed onsite.
