Key duties

• Advise and assist customers to create a positive service experience
• Handle checkout and cash register tasks while keeping transactions accurate and organized
• Maintain an attractive and well-presented shop floor
• Check the freshness and quality of the bistro selection

What you should bring

• A positive attitude and the ability to encourage both customers and teammates
• Ideally, previous retail or sales experience
• A strong service mindset and the ability to stay composed when work gets busy
• Flexibility to work early, late, or night shifts
• Good to very good German language skills, both spoken and written, for confident communication in business situations
