Job description
Role Overview
The Shop Floor Assistant position entails merchandising, rotating, and arranging stock within a designated department while ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication abilities;
- Meticulous attention to detail, organized and adaptable;
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody Centra's brand values: Pride, Energy, Creativity, and Community orientation;
- Handle order processing across multiple departments;
- Ensure the entire store is merchandised and displayed consistently to high-quality standards;
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on updates to displays, endcaps, and aisle arrangements, overseeing accurate execution of changes;
- Implement proper stock labeling and rotation to maintain freshness and compliance;
- Verify incoming deliveries according to the goods inward procedures;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back-store area.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: Approximately 10:00 to 18:00
