Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor is a crucial leader responsible for directing team efforts during assigned shifts to ensure seamless restaurant functioning. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team members during the shift to coordinate operations smoothly.

• Effectively communicate shift performance and relevant updates to management.

Experience & Skills Required

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, quick service restaurants, or retail sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate team members successfully.
• Deep understanding of food safety standards, customer service excellence, and operational requirements.
