Darmody Family McDonald's is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. This role involves ensuring customers consistently enjoy a fast, precise, and welcoming experience each time they visit. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew members and managers during shifts, upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food safety protocols.
- Facilitate internal communication across teams.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure daily cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Supervise and manage crew members.
- Maintain high-quality food production.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor safety and security procedures.
- Coordinate scheduling and staff training.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings. A flexible schedule, positive team-oriented attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Additional Information
Shift Managers are tasked with planning each shift, monitoring real-time performance, taking corrective actions to meet company standards, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating effectively with succeeding shift managers. The role may also include meeting shift-specific targets and supporting departmental goals.
