Overview
Join B&Q Coleraine as a Shift Lead, working full-time at 36.75 hours per week on a permanent contract. The annual full-time salary is 27,709.50, with additional benefits including a pension scheme and 6.6 weeks of holiday. This keyholder position requires shift hours ranging from as early as 6am to as late as midnight.
Role Summary
As a Shift Lead, you will play an essential role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You will oversee daily store operations during your shift, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service. You will manage team deployments to maximize customer engagement, be the primary contact for both customers and staff during your shift, and ensure safety standards are upheld at all times.
