Role Overview
The organization is hiring an SF EC Design Lead for locations including Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Gandhinagar. This role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central design, configuration, implementation support, and client-facing functional consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, covering planning, configuration, and go-live support.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and cutover plans as part of deployment activities.
- Configure and support MDF, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, role-based permissions, instance synchronization, release management, and translations.
- Handle functional discussions and manage client relationships within the scope of the role.
- Provide consulting or industry experience across one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Work on Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Benefits.
- Ensure a strong understanding of how Employee Central integrates with other SuccessFactors talent management modules.
- Use the Solution Design Configuration Workbook effectively for system configuration.
Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required.
- At least 2 full end-to-end Employee Central implementation projects, from planning through configuration and go-live.
- Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and cutover activities.
- Strong working knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, RBPs, instance sync, release management, and translation.
- Functional consulting skills with the ability to manage client interactions.
- Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Exposure to Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Benefits.
- Clear understanding of Employee Central integrations with other SuccessFactors talent modules.
- Strong system configuration knowledge using the Solution Design Configuration Workbook.
