Services Facilitator - Guest Service

Role overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a courteous and proactive Services Facilitator - Guest Service to support day-to-day guest interactions and front-desk operations in Riyadh. The position focuses on creating a polished, welcoming environment and making sure visitors, stakeholders, and internal teams receive prompt and helpful assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, register or book them in, and direct them to the right person, department, or meeting room.
• Keep reception areas and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentable.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department or stakeholder, and respond to general queries.
• Support the HR team with onboarding and exit-related processes and coordination.
• Handle routine clerical work such as photocopying documents and reserving meeting rooms.
• Receive incoming deliveries and mail, then sort and distribute them accurately and on time.
• Arrange airport pick-up services for designated individuals when required.
• Track and replenish office supplies and support basic office services such as stationery and equipment.

Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related discipline, is required.
• Prior experience in guest services, reception, or hospitality is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented manner are important.
• Excellent organizational ability and close attention to detail are needed.
• Working knowledge of both Arabic and English is preferred.
