Key Responsibilities

• Record accurate videos documenting vehicle repair conditions for clients.
• Clearly convey technician assessments of vehicle issues through video explanations.
• Promptly upload videos to clients ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the service area.
• Provide support to the service department as required.
• Manage organization of internal estimates for pre-owned vehicles.
• Coordinate the delivery arrangements for new and used vehicles.
• Create internal work orders relating to new vehicle inventory.
• Collaborate closely with customer-facing service advisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable presenting service-related information verbally on camera (voice-over).
• Exhibit punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess a valid driver’s license accompanied by a clean driving record.
