About the Role

Join Aon's Canberra-based National Team as a Service Executive, supporting a key portfolio of commercial clients. Our company operates extensively across Australia with offices in each state capital and a widespread regional branch network. Responsibilities

The role involves assisting various Client Managers and Team Leads by delivering quality and proactive support for existing client portfolios. You'll collaborate closely with support teams to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, develop tailored solutions aligned with Aon’s Go to Market strategy, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you'll handle administrative duties such as renewals, endorsements, certificates of currency, invoicing, and respond to client inquiries. The position also includes managing a smaller personal client portfolio and contributing actively in branch and sales meetings, embracing training opportunities, and supporting the adoption of new systems to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position or within the insurance industry.
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Attention to detail and maintaining quality under pressure.
  • Desire to develop a career in insurance.
  • Tier 1 Qualification and foundational insurance technical knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
