Role overview
Tesla is looking for a Service Advisor in Abu Dhabi to help deliver a smooth, high-quality service journey for customers. In this front-facing role, you will represent the brand, keep customers informed at every step, and support the delivery of an innovative service experience that matches the company’s vehicles.
What you will do
- Keep customers informed throughout the full service process, from the initial contact until they receive their vehicle back, while handling minor escalations and challenging conversations as needed.
- Work with the appropriate internal teams to resolve customer issues and make sure concerns are addressed efficiently.
- Set up and manage customer bookings in both digital and in-person settings at the Service Center.
- Serve as a key link between customers and the wider service team to ensure each visit runs smoothly.
- Follow all health, safety, and procedural requirements to protect both staff and customers.
- Partner with other teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and contribute to meeting or exceeding individual performance targets.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and help implement better service processes.

What we are looking for

- Willingness to work shifts to support the team.
- A full GCC valid driver’s license.
