Service Advisor

About the Role

This position is for a Service Advisor in the marine industry, based in Townsville, Queensland. It suits someone who has worked as a mechanic, marine technician, diesel fitter, or in a service-advising role and wants to move away from hands-on workshop work while still using strong technical knowledge.

The role acts as the connection point between customers and the workshop team. You will interpret customer concerns, organise repair work, coordinate with technicians, and make sure customers experience professional support throughout the service process.
