About the Role
Albany Toyota is seeking an organized and reliable Service Administrator to join their dynamic team in Taupō, Waikato. This full-time, permanent position offers a blend of customer interaction and essential administrative duties, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience. The role is designed to keep the service department running smoothly, with no two days being the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting customers with service bookings and providing updates on their vehicles.
- Handling phone and email inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Accurately entering data into systems and processing invoices.
- Maintaining precise customer records and managing daily paperwork.
- Coordinating workshop schedules and supporting the service team's daily operations.
- Ensuring health and safety records and internal database information are consistently up-to-date.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, including a confident and pleasant phone manner.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- A reliable, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
- While automotive experience is not essential, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The Details
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Requirements: Applicants must possess a valid Full New Zealand Driver's Licence and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
