KTP Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Technical Executive in Civil & Structural (C&S) work for its Singapore office. Key responsibilities

• Develop Civil & Structural drawings for private-sector and public-sector projects.
• Handle drawing submissions to the relevant authorities for approval.

• Carry out additional drafting work as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• A diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related qualification at diploma level or above is required.
• Prior drafting experience with AutoCAD will be a strong advantage.
• Experience with BIM tools such as REVIT, BENLEY BIM, or Civil 3D Design will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Civil & Structural Engineering design and construction practices will be beneficial.
• The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, collaborative, and open to learning.
• A positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and strong follow-through skills are expected.
