What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated 360-degree recruitment experience in the AI, Data, or Cyber Security sectors.
- Previous experience recruiting within the DACH and/or Benelux markets is highly desirable, though not strictly essential.
- Proven ability to secure new business and cultivate enduring client relationships.
- A strong desire to contribute to the growth of a high-potential European desk operating from Dubai.
- High motivation driven by substantial earning potential and international career advancement.
