Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a partner organization, which will oversee all application handling and the next stages of the process. The partner is seeking a Senior UA Manager located in the United Arab Emirates.

This role is suited to a performance marketing specialist who can scale user growth for mobile products across international markets. You will take ownership of acquisition activity on leading paid social channels, using analytics and experimentation to improve efficiency and business outcomes. The environment is fully remote, fast-moving, and highly data-led, with a strong emphasis on testing, learning, and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities, refine acquisition tactics, and raise campaign performance through actionable insights.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, deep mobile user acquisition experience, and a track record of building and improving high-performing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, launch, run, and fine-tune mobile user acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to support growth targets.
  • Track campaign results in detail using AppsFlyer, internal BI systems, and other measurement tools.
  • Expand acquisition channels while protecting target CPA, LTV, and related performance benchmarks to improve return on investment.
  • Plan, run, and assess experiments across creative assets, audience segments, and ad formats to strengthen campaign performance.
  • Review acquisition funnels and campaign data to spot improvement areas and guide strategic choices.
  • Keep up with market developments, platform changes, and best practices to continuously sharpen acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in performance-driven mobile user acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns; exposure to Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat, or DSPs is an advantage.
  • Solid grasp of digital ad platforms, performance marketing concepts, unit economics, and funnel optimization.
  • Practical experience with mobile measurement partners, especially AppsFlyer, plus a good understanding of install attribution and SKAdNetwork.
  • Excellent analytical ability and the judgment to use campaign data for optimization decisions.
  • Fluent in Russian and English at B1 level or above.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability, careful attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward testing and improvement.
