Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle all applications and the next stages of the hiring process. The hiring company is seeking a GTM Strategist located in Saudi Arabia.
This role sits at the center of a fast-growing developer platform, where strategy, data, and execution come together to shape how go-to-market teams work and scale. You will design and refine the operating systems that support revenue performance, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align data and decisions across the business. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on analysis, with deep involvement in revenue operations, forecasting, segmentation, and performance reporting. You will help build scalable GTM infrastructure that improves understanding of customer behavior, strengthens conversion, and supports sustained growth. It is a cross-functional, high-impact position for someone who enjoys working in fast-moving environments and building from the ground up.
Key accountabilities
- Take ownership of the full revenue operations strategy, with emphasis on customer success, including pipeline health, forecasting, territory planning, and capacity management.
- Create and maintain a dependable single source of truth for revenue and usage data across several systems so decision-makers can rely on accurate and accessible information.
- Work with Sales leadership to develop segmentation frameworks, coverage approaches, and quota models that reflect developer-led buying patterns.
- Set the core GTM metrics across the funnel, from acquisition through expansion, and turn data into practical insights that influence business decisions.
- Drive the RevOps roadmap by prioritizing tools, assessing systems, and managing vendor partnerships to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner closely with Finance on forecasting and revenue alignment to ensure operational and financial models remain consistent.
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM systems teams to automate workflows and create scalable data pipelines that bring strategy into execution.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Strategy Consulting within a B2B SaaS or developer-focused business.
- Strong working knowledge of GTM tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and modern data stacks, with the ability to work through complex datasets.
- Practical SQL skills and the ability to independently query data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience building or improving sales processes, forecasting structures, or territory models in high-growth settings.
- Familiarity with product-led growth models, including usage-based signals and PLG-to-sales conversion behavior.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
- A highly self-directed approach with strong ownership, execution focus, and the ability to build scalable systems from scratch.
Benefits
- Remote-first global work arrangement with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
- Equity participation through an ESOP, giving you a stake in long-term business growth.
- A work setup allowance to help you create your ideal home office.
- Comprehensive health coverage for employees, with partial coverage available for dependents.
- An annual learning and development budget for training, conferences, and professional growth.
- Periodic global off-sites to encourage collaboration and team connection.
- A flexible asynchronous work style built on trust and autonomy.
- The chance to contribute to a rapidly scaling, developer-first product ecosystem.
Data processing and hiring process
The application is reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to compare candidates fairly and quickly against the role’s core requirements. The shortlist is then shared with the hiring company, whose internal team manages the final decision as well as interviews and assessments.
By applying, you agree that the platform may process your personal data for candidate evaluation and share relevant information with the employer. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection at any time.
Artificial intelligence may also be used to support parts of the hiring workflow, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, assessing responses, and identifying possible inconsistencies or verification signals in submitted materials. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. For more information about data handling, candidates can contact the hiring team.
