Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tourist Visa Consultant to manage the complete lifecycle of tourist visa applications for our clients undertaking international travel. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to guide clients effectively through complex visa requirements. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering some flexibility for remote work, based in Tirupati.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process for tourist visa applications for individuals, families, and groups.
• Thoroughly review and validate all client-submitted documentation prior to submission.
• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding visa prerequisites, necessary supporting documents, and expected processing durations.
• Prepare comprehensive visa checklists, formal cover letters, and all required application forms.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments with VFS, BLS, embassies, and for biometric data collection.
• Actively track the status of submitted applications and furnish clients with consistent progress updates.
• Liaise effectively with embassies, consulates, VFS Global, BLS International, and other relevant visa processing centers.
• Assist clients in securing the necessary travel insurance for their visa applications.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy in all applications and strict adherence to destination-specific regulations.
• Maintain precise and organized records of all applications, financial transactions, and client interactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address any visa-related inquiries.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in processing tourist visas.
• In-depth knowledge of visitor visa requirements for key destinations including the United Kingdom, Schengen Countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and the UAE (Dubai).
• Proficiency in using VFS Global, BLS International, and various embassy appointment systems.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong document verification capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of applications concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree or qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• Prior experience working within a travel agency or a dedicated visa consultancy firm.
• Familiarity with international holiday packages and travel planning is beneficial but not essential.

Success Metrics

Performance will be evaluated based on visa application approval rates, the accuracy of submitted documentation, client satisfaction levels, response times, and the volume of applications successfully processed monthly.

Location Details: This is a hybrid role based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. We encourage applications from candidates residing in Tirupati District and Chittoor District, including areas such as Tirupati, Renigunta, Chandragiri, Srikalahasti, Chittoor, Puttur, Nagari, and Palamaner.
