Senior Telesales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a confident and customer-oriented Telesales and Order Entry Associate to handle daily outbound calls, accurately process customer orders, and update our ERP system. This role represents the company over the phone and ensures efficient order management and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to existing clients to secure orders and strengthen relationships.
• Manage inbound order calls, ensuring precise and courteous handling.
• Diligently enter all orders into the ERP system with accurate product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.
• Follow up on pending orders, confirm delivery timelines, and respond to basic customer inquiries.
• Keep customer records and call logs current within the system.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Meet daily and weekly order targets as specified by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent spoken English with excellent communication skills and phone manners.
• Comfortable making 50 to 80+ customer calls daily, maintaining consistent engagement.
• Experience in telesales, order taking, or customer service is preferable.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP or CRM software is an advantage.
• Good typing speed and strong attention to detail for accurate order entry.
• Positive, goal-driven mindset prepared to work six days a week.
• Graduates from any discipline; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
