Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our remote team, welcoming applicants from the US and Canada. This role involves both hands-on recruitment and strategic talent partnership. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning, enhancing our talent acquisition processes and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive recruitment processes, including intake meetings, candidate sourcing, evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding facilitation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and craft proactive talent acquisition plans.
- Engage active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, market analysis, and direct sourcing approaches.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and organizational fit with structured screening and interviews.
- Develop competitive offers in coordination with HR and leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor on hiring practices, workforce planning, role design, and talent development.
- Support internal career mobility, promotions, and employee growth opportunities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to refine hiring strategies continually.
- Drive talent attraction initiatives and employer branding activities to build diverse candidate pools.
- Represent Modaxo at recruitment and industry events to expand talent networks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation within applicant tracking systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.
- Participate in onboarding activities to ensure smooth new hire transitions.
Qualifications
- Over five years of progressive experience in talent acquisition across corporate and agency settings.
- Proven full-cycle recruitment expertise across various functions and seniority levels, including technical and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing difficult-to-find talent through innovative sourcing methods.
- Strong consultative skills with an ability to influence and partner effectively with leadership.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment analytics and market insights for informed hiring decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Preferred post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CHRP, CHRL, SHRM, or equivalents are advantageous.
