Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Coordinator to join our team remotely. This position requires a professional who is passionate about social media, talent relationships, and project management within the realms of talent agencies, management, PR, or marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in talent agency, management, public relations, or marketing fields
- Exceptional communication abilities across written, verbal, and visual presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse personality types and behaviors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Efficient management of high-volume workload and email communications in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-conscious, and organized approach to work tasks
- Capability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Interest and enthusiasm for social media and cultivating relationships with talent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, Mac OS, Outlook, Slack, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant technology tools
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop strategic skills in talent management and foster relationship building
- Manage and execute partnership projects with talent from post-contract stage through campaign delivery
- Possess a thorough understanding of rate structures and negotiation tactics
- Participate in kickoff meetings and maintain active involvement throughout the campaign
- Attend events and set visits alongside talent
- Maintain and update decks, presentations, and monthly report documents
- Accurately enter campaign details into project management systems as required
- Collaborate with finance to ensure timely and precise invoice submissions
- Establish and nurture relationships with brands and agencies to drive new business opportunities
- Review contracts, coordinate with the legal team, and provide support during contract revision processes
- Engage in new client meetings with clear understanding of talent onboarding procedures
- Contribute to company-wide projects and initiatives
- Pursue continuous industry knowledge enhancement and professional development
