Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition professional to oversee comprehensive recruitment duties for a major semi-government client in Abu Dhabi. This position demands extensive experience both in agency recruitment and internal hiring processes, covering diverse roles including senior leadership and executive-level appointments. The appointment is on a 12-month renewable contract, reporting to the TA Manager in the Talent Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from workforce planning to offer management and employee onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for mid to senior levels and executive (C-suite) positions across various business units.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and hiring managers to clarify recruitment needs and offer expert guidance.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies leveraging various platforms, networking, and executive search methods.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to address both immediate and future staffing requirements.
• Guarantee a high-quality candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Coordinate with HR on initiatives such as employer branding, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Generate recruitment analytics, assess hiring data, and deliver market intelligence to key stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in hiring processes, standards, and policies continuously.
• Maintain productive relationships with recruitment agencies and external collaborators when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in Talent Acquisition combining agency and in-house recruitment exposure.
• Experience within large-scale, respected organizations.
• Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple departments including senior leadership and executive roles.
• Strong background in HR with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship and business partnering skills capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship management, and interviewing abilities.
• Professional demeanor with commercial awareness and discretion in managing confidential hiring processes.
