Role Summary
We are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and enhance talent acquisition operations remotely. This vital position involves overseeing full recruitment cycles while managing a dispersed team to support worldwide hiring activities for multiple business units.
Key Job Duties
- Create and execute scalable talent acquisition processes that improve candidate sourcing and onboarding efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to ensure recruitment strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate hiring metrics and performance data to identify enhancement opportunities and minimize time-to-fill vacancies.
- Supervise the implementation and upkeep of applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related technologies.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external vendors to maintain cost-effective recruitment operations.
Required Experience and Competencies
- Proven experience working with applicant tracking systems and human resources analytics tools.
- Strong ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.
- Excellent project management capabilities with skill in prioritizing multiple tasks involving various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to global talent acquisition practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external partners.
