- Release and manage purchase orders and rolling forecasts to CMOs in accordance with the approved supply plan.
- Monitor open orders with CMOs, follow up on delivery progress, and escalate any delays, changes, or supply risks.
- Watch inventory against demand and planning rules to identify possible shortages, overstock situations, or obsolescence exposure.
- Handle day-to-day supply disruptions through short-term re-planning, order changes, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and verify planning master data for assigned SKUs, including lead times, safety stock, MOQ, lot sizes, and purchasing terms.
- Take part in routine planning discussions with CMOs and internal stakeholders to align on current supply position and upcoming requirements.
- Complete monthly inventory reconciliations, look into variances, and support corrective actions to preserve inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a supply chain management-related discipline is required.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in end-to-end planning within the pharmaceutical sector, including direct collaboration with CMOs in an international environment.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting where priorities and business requirements can change quickly.
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is preferred, and functional exposure is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, along with clear communication skills.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional internal teams and outside partners.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
- A proactive, adaptable learner who can quickly get up to speed.
