Job description
About Filics
Filics is building a new approach to intralogistics with autonomous mobile robots designed to transform how goods are moved inside warehouses and production environments. Its double-runner concept allows the robots to move through load carriers such as Euro pallets, replacing traditional forklift-dependent workflows and aiming to set a new benchmark for efficiency.
The company is a compact, highly focused team that values solving complex problems with strong engineering standards. Team members are expected to be hands-on and directly contribute to the mission. Initiative is rewarded with responsibility, and consistent execution is expected. A strong work ethic, careful prioritization, and clear communication are considered essential.
The challenge
The robots rely on hundreds of components, and the supply chain must be dependable enough to support them. Many parts come from a single source, most are not yet secured by formal contracts, and the business is moving from prototype development into serial production. In that environment, even one unavailable or unreliable part could interrupt the entire line. The task is to create a supply chain that can support growth: one that identifies key dependencies early, locks them down before they become risks, and remains stable as output increases while production is already underway.
Your role
In this position, you will build a resilient supply chain from the ground up so the company can manufacture robots reliably as it scales. You will own the sourcing, securing, and management of the components used in the robots. That includes identifying critical dependencies, ensuring availability through supplier agreements, and qualifying backup options so no single source can cause disruption.
Your work also extends beyond procurement. You will help establish the infrastructure that supports scaling by setting up the ERP and other supply chain systems, implementing supplier quality monitoring, and defining clear quality standards together with engineering.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, which owns technical specifications and supplier qualification for alternatives; with the assembly team, which depends on dependable supply and clear forward visibility to plan production; and with leadership, which provides the volume commitments that your analysis will help inform.
After supply becomes stable, you will shift attention to cost reduction and help drive component pricing down toward a leaner bill of materials. Through your contribution, Filics can produce reliably now and scale with confidence later, without being constrained by missing parts.
Working style and expectations

- Show initiative and earn responsibility through consistent delivery.
- Prioritize effectively and maintain a strong execution mindset.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with teammates.
