- Set, monitor, and report on operational OKRs, KPIs, and other performance measures to support ongoing improvement.
- Review and enhance the performance of products, features, teams, and operational processes.
- Run cross-functional initiatives aimed at scaling operations, improving workflows, and increasing organizational efficiency.
- Build go-to-market support for new initiatives, including vendor coordination, evaluation of business applications, onboarding, and operational readiness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, improve core functions, and elevate customer and partner experiences.
- Share recommendations, insights, and project results with leadership and other decision-makers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, technology operations, business analytics, project management, or a related area.
- Strong command of SQL, with daily hands-on use for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical ability, including the skill to turn complex datasets into practical recommendations using analysis and visualization tools.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience creating and improving CRM workflows, processes, and integrations that support business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to design and refine end-to-end operational processes for new products and ongoing business operations.
- An operations-first mindset with a focus on simplifying work, increasing efficiency, and achieving results.
- Strong leadership across functions, with experience coordinating both internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings and recommendations in a simple way.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation with equity potential in a fast-growing environment.
- A choice of healthcare benefit options.
- Flexible remote working.
